Lean manufacturing approach forms the foundation of Hezarfen Aero's production processes. Minimizing waste to increase efficiency and raising quality through continuous improvement (Kaizen) philosophy are our core objectives.

In 2015, with the guidance of TAI, Lean Production applications commenced at Hezarfen D&A. With a quick start, 5S has been applied on the shop floor. Defect analysis and kaizen applications have been implemented. We continue advancing our Lean Manufacturing practices with new initiatives.
